Major goal: The long-range goal of this project is to identify the genetic markers related to the hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) progression and prognosis in hepatitis C virus (HCV)-infected liver transplant recipients. Genome-wide loss of heterozygosity (LOH) analysis and gene expression profiling will be used as tools for the identification, analysis and association studies.
