New Employee Onboarding Hub
Welcome to our family of health care professionals! Together, we will accomplish great things. All new VCU Health System employees are required to fill out certain forms prior to attending New Employee Orientation.

You can begin completing some important paperwork that will expedite the onboarding process. To gain access to the Onboarding Hub, you will use the same username and password created at the time you applied. For password retrieval assistance, please contact your HR representative.
New Employee Checklist:
- Complete online paperwork through the New Employee Onboarding Hub (above)
- Complete EHS Immunization Record Form and bring it with you to your appointment (excluding housestaff and physicians)
- Some positions require additional orientation. Please check the listing below. If your position is listed, please click the link to view the relevant schedule.
