The Supplemental Staffing Department provides dedicated, experienced, diverse staff to areas throughout the hospital. Staff members are sent to areas that experience long and short-term vacancies and to areas that have patients who are unsafe to be left alone, requiring 1:1 care. Individual staff members are competent to serve patients and families in several areas. RNs, LPNs, unit secretaries, care associates and student nurses work in this department. We offer flexible hours to all classifications and different pay plans to RNs and LPNs based on the minimum requirements they want to work.
