Brain Injury Rehabilitation

On N2, the major rehabilitation diagnoses of patients are traumatic and non-traumatic brain injury. The goals for patients with these diagnoses are restoration of functional abilities, maintenance of medical stability and prevention of further disability. These objectives are met through the provision of an individualized interdisciplinary treatment program. This program consists of comprehensive assessments and goal setting, intensive rehabilitation intervention, discharge planning, patient and family education and follow-up.
Our patient-focused plan of care includes intensive rehabilitation interventions addressing patient needs in the following areas:
medical
self-care
