Telemedicine Clinics

The VCUHS Telemedicine Clinics is located in the Gateway Building Basement Suite 205. We currently provide about 257 consultations per month. Clinical activities include specialty consultations, disease and medication management, preoperative assessments and postoperative visits. In addition, telemedicine supports various VCU academic programs, professional conferences and clinical outreach projects. Telemedicine staff supports and Nursing coordinates clinical services; bringing expert practitioners at VCUHS, to care for patients throughout the Commonwealth. Nursing process, education, collaboration, leadership, caring and technology makes distance no longer a barrier for patients to receive high quality care. A patient can have access to these specialty services and consultations through Telemedicine. Please see our Telemedicine website for more details, updates and contacts.
