The Thomas W. Leggett Center at 300 E. Ferrell Street in South Hill is open to the public. Visitors must wear a mask while in the building. Only one person is allowed in the lobby at a time (no family members). Payments can be taken at the cashier window. In addition, people can also make payments using the drop box (please no cash), online at vcuhealth.org, by mail, or by calling 434-447-0922.
