The Heart Station is comprised of four cardiac stress laboratories, one holter laboratory,  five echocardiogram procedure rooms, one transesophageal echocardiogram procedure room and the Electrocardiogram Department.

Procedures performed include cardiac stress testing (both routine and nuclear in conjunction with the Nuclear Medicine Service), holter monitoring, electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, transesophageal echocardiogram and stress echocardiogram. Care is provided at the VCU Medical Center, and Stony Point.
