Comprehensive care is a system of care that uses a team to help the patient and family receive optimal care. Comprehensive care is offered to patients in the form of photoa specialized clinic where a multidisciplinary team meets with the patient and/or family to provide medical and ancillary services that best meet the patient and family’s needs. The team of professionals works with the patient and family to develop a plan of care and coordinate the complex health care services needed by the family.
