Employee RecognitionEmployee recognition is part of the culture at VCUHS. Each month we recognize one of our own for outstanding contributions. Nominations for employee of the month remain active for one year and should be sent to the VCU Health Systems Rewards and Recognition Committee. Click here for a nomination form. Each June, we recognize an employee of the year based on individual employee recognized over the previous 12 months. Employees of the month must meet certain selection criteria and consistently strive to achieve our mission while maintaining exemplary performance in the workplace. Employees of the month receive a prize package including free premium parking for a month, a party for 35 people and $100 cash. |
