We believe in empowering our employees to secure affordable, adequate housing in around our sprawling campus as well as in the outlying Richmond area. Like our patients, our employees span many different socio-economic groups and financial backgrounds, but local and functional housing that is affordable is a priority for all Richmonders.
We’re working on this effort with real estate experts, developers and financial entities to expand offerings for employees to make home ownership not only a dream, but also a reality. Whether it’s renovating a century-old Victorian in downtown Richmond or finding a newly constructed home in the suburbs, VCUHS is committed to help expand affordable housing options for our employees.
