Workforce development is an underlying tenet of VCU Health System’s overall strategic plan. Over the years we’ve implemented many employee initiatives to nurture a workplace of choice and enrich the communities where we live and work. Our efforts to meet the dynamic needs of our workforce and a growing community are fundamental to our organization’s core existence. Dubbed “The HOPE Initiative: Helping, Opportunities, Potential Enrichment”, our workforce development efforts are a series of short- and long-term solutions to benefit our employees, our families and our communities.
