Biography
Dr. Foster leads our Child Protection Team. Dr. Foster also has been appointed to the Task Force on Services for Survivors of Sexual Assault by Governor Ralph Northam. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
