On behalf of the VCUHS Department of Workforce Development and Strategy, welcome to the Web-based Employee Resource Center (WERC). This site is intended to provide VCUHS employees with information about a wide variety of VCUHS and community resources to help as they strive to achieve and maintain a healthy work/life balance.
This information is housed on the VCUHS Intranet Human Resources site and can be accessed on the Human Resources home page by clicking the WERC icon, the Work/Life Balance icon or the Family Care icon.
