Workforce development is an underlying tenet of VCU Health System’s overall strategic plan. Over the years we’ve implemented many employee initiatives to nurture a workplace of choice and enrich the communities where we live and work. Our efforts to meet the dynamic needs of our workforce and a growing community are fundamental to our organization’s core existence.
Dubbed “The HOPE Initiative: Helping, Opportunities, Potential Enrichment”, our workforce development efforts are a series of short- and long-term solutions to benefit our employees, our families and our communities. Just as our vision paves the way for our future, our strategic plan serves as our blueprint as we strive for professional excellence.
