The Department of Neurosurgery has been the region’s leading, nationally-recognized neuroscience center for more than 30 years, providing comprehensive and compassionate neurosurgical care to its patients. Recognized as a center of excellence, the Harold F. Young Neurosurgical Center, which brings together the resources of the Department of Neurosurgery, was established to integrate clinical, research and educational activities. This integration provides optimal diagnosis and treatment of patients with neurological disease and injury while also training the next generation of clinicians and scientists.
The multidisciplinary physicians of the Harold F. Young Neurosurgical Center offer expertise in all areas of neurosurgical care. The center provides patients with easy access to evaluation and treatment of neurological disease utilizing the latest techniques in neurosurgery.
