Robert “Buzz” Willis has been involved with the healthcare industry for over thirty years. He has been with VCU Health System for fifteen years starting with MCV Physicians. Before coming to the Health System, he was with Hoffmann-LaRoche as the National Administrative Manager for drug abuse testing.
Buzz currently serves as the Manager of HIPAA Privacy and Associate Chair of VCU Institutional Review Board (IRB) Panel C.
