 The VCUHS Department of Strategy and Marketing exists to deliver services that help meet the strategic, analytical, and marketing communications requirements of the Health System. We use information from ongoing market research and strategic assessments to understand and evaluate our community's needs and our competitive position in the market. Our analytical resources provide VCU Health System leadership with important information allowing them to identify and execute important strategies and help to refine marketing communications strategies appropriately. Whether it's providing strategic market assessments, developing important marketing communications, or coordinating consumer outreach events, the Department of Strategy and Marketing is available as the first stop for VCUHS departments wanting to evaluate market performance and increase community awareness about their programs.
