The VCU Health System's Sleep Disorders Center is proud to be on the leading edge of technology. The center was recently outfitted with the industry's newest monitoring equipment and a computer system that allows completely digital recordings of sleep disorders with the greatest amount of comfort and privacy for the patient. Dr. David Leszczyszyn and his staff are trained in the latest techniques in diagnosis and patient care, and are committed to advancing the study and treatment of sleep disorders.
Accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, The Sleep Disorders Center is the longest-operating facility of its kind in the Richmond area. The center has been treating patients at MCV Hospitals and Physicians since 1984, and since 1998 at this location. The Sleep Disorders Center boasts state-of-the-art diagnosis and treatment of conditions like snoring and sleep apnea, narcolepsy, insomnia, restless leg syndrome, and even depression – all from a holistic perspective with a special focus on patient education.
